The website isn’t working properly – what can I do?
Our site works in all common browsers. Browser extensions (e.g. ad blockers) can cause issues – temporarily disable them or try another browser. If the problem continues, email us at: info@Enariv.de.
Delivery time & shipping costs
At the moment, delivery usually takes approx. 7–10 business days (10–15 during peak periods). Shipping within Germany is free.
How can I check the status of my order?
Use the track & trace link from our shipping confirmation. A few days after dispatch, an additional local tracking number appears at the bottom of the tracking page. With this you can also track directly with the local carrier (including the estimated delivery window).

Where does my parcel ship from? Are there any extra fees?
We work with international partners and keep our logistics lean – there are no extra fees for you besides the purchase price. If you are ever asked to pay something in advance, contact us immediately: info@Enariv.de.
When will I see the estimated delivery window?
The foreign tracking number does not show a date at first. Within about a week, the local tracking number including the estimated date/time window appears at the bottom of the tracking page. For local tracking, enter this number on the carrier’s website (e.g. DHL, link above).
Parcel not arrived yet?
As a rule, it takes 7–15 business days. If this time has passed, email us with your order number at info@Enariv.de and we’ll check the shipment status.
Track & trace says “delivered”, but nothing has arrived?
First ask your neighbours and check the nearest post/DHL branch. If that doesn’t help, get in touch with us: info@Enariv.de. We’ll clarify it with the carrier.
Which shipping method do you use?
Shipping within Germany is free. Delivery is usually handled by DHL.
Which payment methods are available? Are they secure?
Klarna, Apple Pay, credit card and Amex. Payments are processed via secure, established payment providers.
Which emails will I receive?
An order confirmation after purchase & a shipping confirmation with track & trace once your parcel is on its way.

Check your spam/other folders. If there’s still nothing there, email us at info@Enariv.de.
Will I receive an invoice?
You’ll receive an order confirmation. For a business invoice, please email us at info@Enariv.de.
Where can I find my order number?
In the order confirmation (format #0000). If it’s missing, contact us at info@Enariv.de.
How do I cancel my order?
Email us as quickly as possible at info@Enariv.de with your name, order number (#0000) and the reason.
Do I need an account to order?
No – you can always check out as a guest.
Received the wrong item
Please email us straight away at info@Enariv.de with your name, order number (#0000) and a short description.
Received a defective item
Please contact us as soon as possible with your name, order number (#0000) and a description at info@Enariv.de. Attach a short video/photos. Let us know whether you prefer a replacement or a refund.
How do I start a return?
Email info@Enariv.de (name, order number #0000, reason for return). You’ll receive the return address and confirmation. Then send the parcel with a courier of your choice.
How much does the return cost?
You cover the return shipping costs. The amount depends on the courier you choose (see their website).
Return conditions
  • Cooling-off period: 14 days from receipt.
  • Original packaging & tags available.
  • Unworn/unused.

Once your return has arrived, we’ll send you a confirmation and start the refund process.
