Who is Enariv?
We are Enariv – with us you will find lifestyle items you see on social media and out and about. Our team tracks down trends and offers them at the best price.
The website is not working properly – what can I do?
Our site runs in all common browsers. Browser extensions (e.g. ad blockers) can cause problems – temporarily deactivate them or try another browser. If it still doesn’t work, write to us at info@enariv.com.
How long is the delivery time and are there shipping costs?
Delivery time is usually 7–10 business days (10–15 during peak times). Shipping within Germany is free of charge for you.
How can I check the status of my order?
Use the track & trace link from our shipping confirmation. A few days after dispatch, an additional local tracking number will appear on the tracking page. You can then also track directly with the local carrier (e.g. DHL).
Parcel not yet arrived or marked as “delivered”?
It usually takes 7–15 business days. If this time has passed, or track & trace shows “delivered” even though you have not received anything, first check with neighbours or your local branch. If that doesn’t help, contact us with your order number at info@enariv.com.
Which payment methods are available? Are they secure?
You can pay securely with Klarna, Apple Pay, credit card and Amex. Processing is handled by established, encrypted payment service providers.
How do returns & refunds work?

Our cancellation period is 14 days from receipt. Contact us at info@enariv.com with your name, order number (#0000) and reason for return. You will then receive the return address.

You bear the cost of return shipping. Once we have received your return, we will check it and refund the amount within a few business days (depending on the payment provider).

I have received an incorrect or defective item.
Please contact us immediately with your name, order number (#0000) and a brief description at info@enariv.com. For defects, please attach photos or a short video and let us know whether you would like a replacement or a refund.
